How to Set Up and Use HotSpot

1. Download the App

Download the HotSpot app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Alternatively, access the HotSpot web portal for desktop use.

2. Sign Up for an Account

Open the app or website and select "Sign Up."
Complete the registration form with your email (@oldscollege.ca), password, and personal details.

3. Add Your Vehicle

Go to the “Vehicles” section and enter your license plate number and vehicle information.

4. Purchase a Permit

Navigate to the "Special Access Permits - Blue Button" section on the main screen and choose the appropriate permit type:
- Faculty/Staff Permits: Select from available staff parking options.
- Residence Students Permits: Choose the permit designated for residence parking.
Follow the steps to complete your payment.

5. Renew or Manage Your Permit

View active permits and renewal dates in the "My Permits" section.

Monthly Parking Structure: Parking is charged on a monthly basis to ensure consistent and fair access for all users. Refunds for partial months are not available.
